The Ask

Tier 2 bank  failed to deliver Open Banking to schedule and regulatory requirements – the CIO required a PIR and recommendations to quickly remediate


The Challenge

Minimal program documentation, with majority of program team leadership having already exited organisation.


Synerga's Approach

Reverse engineer a failed solution to high level Design and Requirements with a review of governance, deliverables/sign-offs and engagement model 


The Outcome

PIR determined systemic issue within Bank's delivery methodology, including engagement with 3rd parties and regulator.  Changes to delivery methodology defined and implemented along with a remediation plan for Open Banking.
