The Ask
As a key simplification enabler, the client identified the need to consolidate 5 separate businesses and brands into a single corporate Structure, Brand, Product and suite of Systems.
The Challenge
The client did not have the in-house capability to undertake a program of such complexity. The Client needed us to provide the thought-leadership, execution planning and implementation of this significant program of work.
Synerga's Approach
Undertook a diagnostic to determine the migration strategy and tooling required to complete the transition and simplification delivery. This included:
baselining existing process, systems and structures;
identified the consolidation and transition pathway;
established and implemented the program delivery structure; and
supplemented with our SMEs in key areas.
The Outcome
Consolidated to a single platform across 5 brands, with product standardisation that reduced from 64 to 11 products.
Delivered data quality uplift which reduced risk and compliance issues, with a combined 20% reduction in cost to serve and cost avoidance
