The Ask
Secure a major systems platform implementation prior to year-end renewals processes commencing, through assuming the Program Directorship role.
The Challenge
Two failed implementation attempts by previous consultants over 18 months, 3rd party customised software that was uncontrolled, lack of vendor management experience and a poor relationship with the Systems Integrator.

Two week diagnostic followed by MVP definition, phasing of program, implementation of a vendor management approach (assumed by us through program implementation) and whole of Business Unit engagement to accelerate change acceptance.
