Stage 1 | Diagnose, Validate & Recommend
Synerga can support / drive an end to end diagnostic review and report. We will undertake a structured discovery and opportunity identification, quantification and validation program working with the client across all levels of the organisation

Stage 2 | Plan
Develop Plan for how the recommended opportunities and changes required can be implemented to align to the Client’s core principles and values (& delivery approach where appropriate)

Stage 3 | Implement

Support by injecting senior leadership and SME capability through governance or program management at a stream or program level to support the Client’s sponsor and senior executives.  This may include taking accountability for full delivery
